Mr. Kosmas Kypirtoglou’s dairy business is accommodated in a brand new and modern establishment of 2000 square meters.

The unit, utilizing its up to date equipment, can process 2 tons sheep, goat and cow milk daily. It should be noted that all of the milk processed by this farm comes from local producers. Amongst the products produced/ processed are feta cheese, mizithra, butter, cream, touloumisio (anevato), as well as fresh products such as yogurt, ariani and rice pudding. Touloumisio (anevato) and yogurt are produced according to the traditional local recipes of Kozani. There are no preservatives in the products. Specifically, feta cheese is a Product of Designated Origin.
