The Agricultural Cooperative of Imera is a cooperative organization of farmers in Imera which is a bourough of the municipality of Servia-Velvento a prefecture of Kozani in Western Macedonia. Founded in 1933 by producers in the community of Imera Servia Kozani for the organization and promotion of their agricultural products.

The aim is to safeguard the interest of its members and the high quality of the products produced in Imera. Particular emphasis is placed on the standardization and distribution of these products, such as extra virgin olive oil, table olives and its derivatives.

In 2005 The Agricultural Cooperative of Imera began the construction of a modern mill, which was completed in 2006 and updated each year to present day with new machinery and technology, giving even more incentive to producers for the dynamic cultivation of olives. Today about 2,000 acres of 50,000 trees are cultivated.

The Agricultural Cooperative of Imera distributes and markets their produced olive oil under the name “Olive oil Imera.” It uses only raw materials produced from Imera and specifically that of its cooperative members in order to preserve the high quality of the final product. The olive oil is distinguished by a sufficient fruit and herbal taste with the aroma of elements of blossom and pear and the excellent quality oil that has almost zero acidity and justly called extra virgin olive oil.
